Short, because there is not much to say. We use what you send us to answer you, and for nothing else.
Who we are
Pitch & Course is a trading name of AgrAssure Limited, company number 11988934, Unit 4 Stanley Centre, Kelvin Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9SE. AgrAssure Limited is the data controller for anything you send us through this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the order form: the venue or club, the kind and size of ground, your name, role, email address and telephone number, a delivery postcode and anything you add in the message box. If you ring us, we keep a note of the call in the same way.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, to quote the delivery, and to fulfil an order if you place one. The legal basis is that you have asked us to. We do not sell or pass on your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Where it goes
The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site. Netlify stores the submission and emails it to us. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends its request, including your IP address, to Google. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not lead to an order is deleted after twelve months. If you order, the order and the details on it are kept for the six years that tax law requires, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring 01293 613600, or write to Unit 4 Stanley Centre, Kelvin Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9SE. If you are not happy with how we handle your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
